Baseball Recap: Veterans Memorial Takes a Loss

Veterans Memorial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They lost 10-4 to the Sotomayor WILDCATS.

Veterans Memorial's defeat dropped their record down to 2-20. As for Sotomayor, their victory was their tenth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-6-1.

Veterans Memorial wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 11-1 loss against Smithson Valley on the 22nd. As for Sotomayor, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 6-5 win against East Central on the 17th.
