Basketball Recap: Anna Comes Up Short

Anna lost against Fort Loramie back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Anna Rockets fell 39-28 to the Fort Loramie Redskins. While losing is never fun, the Rockets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 146th, while the Redskins are ranked 12th).

This is the second loss in a row for Anna and nudges their season record down to 4-3. As for Fort Loramie, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Anna will head out on the road to square off against Minster at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Fort Loramie, they will be home for the holidays to greet Versailles at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
