Baseball Recap: Adrian Gets the Win

Adrian lost to Bishop Ward back in March of 2025, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Blackhawks walked away with a 9-5 victory over the Cyclones. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Blackhawks.

Kobe Enos made a splash while hitting and pitching. He pitched 4.1 innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits. Enos was even better at the plate, going 2-for-4 with three stolen bases, four runs, and four RBI.

In other batting news, Elijah Hubbard was incredible, getting on base in three of his five plate appearances with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. Jack Lile was another key player, going 1-for-3 with three runs and one double.

Adrian's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Bishop Ward, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Adrian will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Cyclones: the pair will be back at it again later today.
