South Lyon East's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 3-6-1. As for Lakeland, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-3.

Looking ahead, South Lyon East will challenge Plymouth at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lakeland, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Milford at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
