Meanwhile, Hockinson didn't have quite enough to beat Mark Morris on Thursday and fell 3-2. The Hawks have struggled against the Monarchs recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

R.A. Long's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Hockinson, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.
