After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Academy of the Sacred Heart, Newman was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the King Charter Jaguar 55-17. The Greenies have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 21 points or more this season.

Newman is also on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches, which provided a massive bump to their 12-13 record this season. As for King Charter, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-19.

Newman will challenge Archbishop Hannan at 6:00 p.m. on February 11th. King Charter does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
