North Mesquite is a perfect 6-0 against West Mesquite since December of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The North Mesquite Stallions are taking a road trip to take on the West Mesquite Wranglers at 5:30 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

North Mesquite was handed a five-goal defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over Adams. The Stallions haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, West Mesquite kept a clean sheet against Seagoville on Friday. They blew past the Dragons 5-0.

North Mesquite's record is now 12-5. As for West Mesquite, their record is now 5-12.

Everything went North Mesquite's way against West Mesquite in their previous meeting back in February, as North Mesquite made off with a 4-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for North Mesquite since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
