Basketball Recap: Woodville-Tompkins Wolverines vs. Vidalia Indians
Woodville-Tompkins played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against the Vidalia Indians, falling 70-31. Despite the loss, Woodville-Tompkins still got an impressive performance from Leiera Pusha, who posted six points in addition to 16 boards and five steals. The dominant performance gave Pusha a new career-high in rebounds. Another player making a difference was Cassidy Freeman, who scored eight points and three steals.
