Softball Recap: Fordyce Redbugs vs. Gurdon Go-Devils
Fordyce had lost 13 straight at home dating back to last season, but on Friday they dropped their record down to 1-10 to make it 14. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 17-0 to the Gurdon Go-Devils, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. If the Redbugs were looking for revenge after losing 19-1 to the Go-Devils when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

For Gurdon's part, Sadie Griffin was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits.
