Softball Recap: Hermon Hawks vs. Ellsworth Eagles

Hermon faced Ellsworth in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Hawks blew past the Eagles 14-3. The victory was familiar territory for the Hawks, who have now won six games in a row.

Braelyn Wilcox was a major factor no matter where she played. She struck out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits.
