After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Waltrip, Austin was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victors by an 11-3 margin over the Westbury Huskies. The Mustangs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by six runs or more this season.

Austin moved to 8-11 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Westbury, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-13-1 record this season.

Austin didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 9-0 defeat against Galena Park on the 25th. As for Westbury, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 5-1 loss against Carnegie Vanguard on the 26th.
