Green Mountain barely beat Standley Lake the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rams blew past the Gators 3-0 on Thursday. The win continues a trend for the Rams in their matchups with the Gators: they've now won eight in a row.

One reason for the win was Green Mountain's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-18, 25-13.

Avery Brennan paced Green Mountain's offense, picking up 13 kills. Brennan got some help from Neva Cook and her 29 assists. Cook was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Green Mountain's victory bumped their record up to 17-6. As for Standley Lake, their loss dropped their record down to 19-4.

As of now, neither Green Mountain nor the Gators have any future games scheduled.
