Softball Recap: Revere Takes a Loss

Louisville hit Revere with a four-run second inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Minutemen fell 10-7 to the Leopards.

Alexa Kelley and Paige Kelley did some serious damage despite the final result: Alexa went 3-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI, while Paige went 1-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Madelyn Diaz, who went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Revere's loss dropped their record down to 20-8. As for Louisville, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 15-14-1.

As of now, neither Revere nor the Leopards have any future games scheduled.
