Elias Branson was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and one run. Jacob Godby was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Open Door Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-18. As for Andrews Osborne Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 12-2.
