Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kansas). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Salina Wildcats 65-30. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Kansas pushed their record up to 4-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Salina, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Kansas and Vinita will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Salina, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Inola at 7:30 p.m. on January 14, 2025.
