Basketball Game Preview: Langford Lions vs. Aberdeen Christian Knights

The Langford Lions are taking a road trip to face off against the Aberdeen Christian Knights at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Aberdeen Christian took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Langford, who comes in off a win.

Last Saturday, Langford beat Jones County 45-38.

Meanwhile, Aberdeen Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 21st straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against Hitchcock-Tulare, falling 45-20.

Langford is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-13 record this season. As for Aberdeen Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-20.

Langford didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Aberdeen Christian in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 34-29 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Langford since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
