Volleyball Recap: Arvada Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Arvada was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Denver West Cowboys. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cowboys this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in August.

Arvada's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Denver West, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2.

Arvada didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against DSST: Montview on the 13th. As for Denver West, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Gateway at 6:30 p.m.
