Basketball Recap: Tilden Comes Up Short

Tilden was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They were beaten by the Hancock Eagles 62-10. The matchup marked the Blue Devils' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Tilden's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Hancock, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a massive bump to their 8-18 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tilden will face off against Harlan at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hancock, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Holy Trinity at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
