Meanwhile, everything went May's way against Avalon on Friday as May made off with a 59-33 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

May pushed their record up to 31-3 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.8 points over those games. As for Perrin-Whitt, their victory bumped their record up to 30-5.
