Baseball Recap: Robertson County Takes a Loss

Robertson County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They came up short against the Pendleton County Wildcats, falling 13-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Black Devils of the 14-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2021.

Robertson County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Pendleton County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-9-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Wildcats beat Robertson County by a score of 15-3 later that day.
