The Munford Cougars got the win against the Covington Chargers on Monday by a conclusive 8-2. Considering Munford have won four games by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Covington with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Eli Magan (5), Branden Scott (2), and Chris Gonzalez.

The victory made it two in a row for Munford and bumps their season record up to 6-4-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those two contests. As for Covington, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-4.
