Basketball Recap: Saxony Lutheran Takes a Loss

Saxony Lutheran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 54-44 to the North County Raiders. The Crusaders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Raiders apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

Saxony Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for North County, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Saxony Lutheran will take on Arcadia Valley in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for North County, they will head out on the road to face off against DeSoto at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
