Donegal won against Middletown last Friday with 11 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Wednesday. Donegal sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 11-10 victory over the Hempfield Black Knights. The win was nothing new for the Indians as they're now sitting on three straight.

Donegal's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Hempfield, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Coming up, Donegal will be playing in front of their home fans against Lower Dauphin at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Hempfield, they will head out on the road to square off against Uniontown at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Uniontown's pitching crew has only allowed 1.5 runs per game this season, so Hempfield's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
