Soccer Recap: Little Elm Comes Up Short

Little Elm's game on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Coppell Cowboys. While losing is never fun, the Lobos can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 449th, while the Cowboys are ranked eighth).

Little Elm's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Coppell, they pushed their record up to 13-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Coming up, Little Elm will head out to take on Hebron at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Coppell, they will be playing at home against Lewisville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
