4A District 10 Top Player Performances of the Week
Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances from Friday's football action (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!
A Season-Best Effort from Antonio Muniz Leads Gulf over Fivay
Sadly, Antonio Muniz posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Gulf over Fivay on Friday. Muniz rushed for 178 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.7 yards per carry. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in November of 2023. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 131 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Fivay's probably not too fond of Muniz given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Muniz saw the Falcons), he rushed for 202 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 7.5 yards per carry, and also picked up 86 receiving yards.
