Volleyball Recap: New Hampstead Comes Up Short

New Hampstead was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Perry Panthers. The Phoenix were not able to make up for their defeat to the Panthers from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

New Hampstead's loss dropped their record down to 2-19. As for Perry, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 18-11 record this season.

New Hampstead will take on Ware County at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Perry, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Warner Robins on the 25th.
