Basketball Recap: Tri-West Hendricks Comes Up Short

Tri-West Hendricks lost to Danville back in November of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bruins received a blow as they fell 60-45 to the Warriors.

When it comes to explaining why Tri-West Hendricks lost, don't look at Aniyah Anthony. Despite the final result, she posted 25 points. With that strong performance, Anthony is now averaging an impressive 15.1 points per game. Julia Middleton was another key player, putting up three points.

Danville found their leader in sophomore Jillian Conrad, who went 8-for-12 en route to 20 points and three steals. Conrad continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Allie Gunter, who put up 13 points in addition to seven assists and three steals.

Tri-West Hendricks' defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Danville, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-11.

Tri-West Hendricks didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 61-47 win against Cascade on the 10th. As for Danville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 75-33 loss against Brownsburg on the 8th.
