Sylacauga waltzed into their match on Thursday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They never let the White Plains Wildcats get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Sylacauga also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Natalie Perez was the driving force of Sylacauga's attack as she scored both of Sylacauga's goals, bringing her season total up to 17 goals.

Sylacauga pushed their record up to 12-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those four contests. As for White Plains, they moved to 5-3 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Sylacauga has already played their next game, a 5-1 win against Valley on the 8th. As for White Plains, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 6-0 victory against Weaver on the 7th.
