Sullivan is 9-1 against South Vermillion since September of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Golden Arrows will head out on the road to face off against the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. Sullivan is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.
On Friday, Sullivan took their game with ease, bagging a 70-7 win over West Vigo. With the Golden Arrows ahead 56-0 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Clark French continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 190 yards and four scores on only nine carries. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 149 rushing yards. Paul Ridgway did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 96 receiving yards.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Sullivan was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 377 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for South Vermillion, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 32-13 victory over Attica on Friday. The Wildcats' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
South Vermillion found their leader in sophomore Ben Shryock, who rushed for 53 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and also threw for 206 yards and two TDs. Colton Robertson was another key player, rushing for 81 yards and one score.
On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to South Vermillion's defense and their four sacks. Attica's QB won't forget Colton Minnett anytime soon given he sacked him twice.
Sullivan's record is now 6-3. As for South Vermillion, their record now sits at 3-6.
Friday's matchup might be decided in the trenches. Sullivan has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 221.3 rushing yards per game. It's a different story for South Vermillion, though, as they've been averaging only 94.2 rushing yards. How will they fare against such a dominant running game?
Everything came up roses for Sullivan against South Vermillion in their previous matchup back in August, as the squad secured a 56-7 win. In that game, the Golden Arrows amassed a halftime lead of 50-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
