Baseball Recap: Howell North Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Howell North, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They blew past the Hazelwood West Wildcats 6-0 on Wednesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Knights also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2019.

Howell North pushed their record up to 14-17 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for Hazelwood West, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-19 record this season.
