Baseball Recap: Benjamin Franklin Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Benjamin Franklin's offense. They lost 11-0 to Thomas Jefferson on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Falcons' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Benjamin Franklin's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-8. As for Thomas Jefferson, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Benjamin Franklin will challenge Willow at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Thomas Jefferson, they will head out to take on East Jefferson at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
