Volleyball Recap: Blair Has No Trouble Against Wheaton + How To Watch

Blair won the last time they faced Wheaton and things went their way on Friday too. The Blazers blew past the Knights 3-0. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Blazers this season.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Blair took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-11, 25-15.

Kacy Nguyen was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had seven aces and four digs. Those seven aces gave her a new career-high.

Nguyen wasn't the only good server: Blair was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 19 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces every time they've taken the court this season.

Blair's record now sits at 4-2. As for Wheaton, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Blair will face off against Richard Montgomery at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Wheaton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
