Basketball Game Preview: JAG Jaguars vs. Percy Julian Phoenix + How To Watch

The JAG Jaguars will challenge the Percy Julian Phoenix at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. JAG has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 204 points over their last three contests.

It was a proper cat-fight when JAG took on Greenville on Tuesday. The Jaguars snuck past the Tigers with a 72-66 victory. The win continues a trend for the Jaguars in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won six in a row.

Meanwhile, Percy Julian lost a heartbreaker to Park Crossing when they met back in February, and they left with a heavy heart again on Tuesday. The Phoenix lost to the Thunderbirds on the road by a 54-38 margin. The Phoenix haven't had much luck with the Thunderbirds recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

JAG's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Percy Julian, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

JAG couldn't quite get it done against Percy Julian when the teams last played back in December of 2024 as they fell 56-47. Can the Jaguars avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
