Narragansett Regional waltzed into their matchup on Wednesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top against the Hopkins Academy Golden Hawks by a score of 6-2.

Cassidy Paridis spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on three hits and racked up nine Ks.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Mia Manca, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times she's played.

Narragansett Regional's victory bumped their record up to 16-5. As for Hopkins Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 7-4.

As of now, neither Narragansett Regional nor the Golden Hawks have any future games scheduled.
