Baseball Recap: Charlotte Fightin' Tarpons vs. Naples Golden Eagles
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Charlotte). Everything went their way against the Naples Golden Eagles on Friday as the Charlotte Fightin' Tarpons made off with a 12-2 win. The high-scoring effort was just what the Fightin' Tarpons needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.
Bradyn Williams tossed a big game, tossing five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (five).
