Softball Recap: Maplewood Gets the Win

Maplewood made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Glencliff, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Panthers blew past the Colts 17-7 on Tuesday. Considering the Panthers' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Maplewood's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Glencliff, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.
