Julian Cabrera posted a new career-high in stolen bases on Monday. He scored three runs and stole five bases while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances. He also brought in three RBI, which is notable because Cortez is 2-1 when he posts at least three RBI, but 1-8-1 otherwise.

Cabrera's strong effort led Cortez over Tempe and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Tempe is limping into the matchup having lost 12 straight on the road dating back to last season.
