Basketball Recap: Woodward Academy Drops Season-High Score on Panorama

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Woodward Academy). They skirted past the Panorama Panthers 79-77. For the Knights, this counts as revenge for the 64-28 victory the Panthers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.

Woodward Academy is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-8 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.8 points per game. As for Panorama, their loss dropped their record down to 3-14.

Woodward Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 74-58 defeat against Iowa Valley on the 3rd. As for Panorama, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 77-35 loss against Woodward-Granger on the 4th.
