After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Collins, Anderson County was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Scott County Cardinals with a sharp 5-1 victory. Anderson County might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by three goals or more this season.

Anderson County pushed their record up to 5-3 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 33 goals over those five matchups. As for Scott County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5-1.

Coming up, Anderson County will square off against Marion County at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Scott County, they will welcome Garrard County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
