Walt Whitman lost to Riverhead back in January, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Walt Whitman Wildcats walked away with a 74-61 victory over the Riverhead Blue Waves. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Walt Whitman is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.3 points per game. As for Riverhead, they dropped their record down to 1-3 with the loss, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season.
