Softball Game Preview: Pearl City Wolves vs. Durand Bulldogs

For the second straight game, Pearl City will face off against Durand. The Wolves are taking a road trip to face off against the Bulldogs at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Pearl City is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.7 runs per game this season.

Pearl City is headed into the game having just suffered their biggest defeat since March 29th on Tuesday. They came up short against Durand, falling 15-6. The Wolves just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Jorja Johnson was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and two doubles. The team also got some help courtesy of Anna Dampman, who went 2-for-4 with one run and one double.

Pearl City's defeat dropped their record down to 13-11. As for Durand, their victory bumped their record up to 9-7.
