Soccer Game Preview: Pinnacle vs. Higley + How To Watch

The Pinnacle Pioneers will take on the Higley Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Higley took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Pinnacle, who comes in off a win.

Pinnacle's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Mesa as they made off with an 8-0 win. That's two games straight that Pinnacle have won by exactly eight goals.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Higley's offense. They fell 2-0 to Basha on Wednesday.

The victory made it two in a row for Pinnacle and bumps their season record up to 2-0-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those two matchups. As for Higley, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Everything went Pinnacle's way against Higley in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, as Pinnacle made off with a 6-0 victory. Do the Pioneers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Knights turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
