Football Recap: Clear Springs Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Clear Springs dropped to 5-2 on Friday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins at home. They received a blow as they fell 49-35 to the Clear Falls Knights. The Chargers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

As for Clear Falls, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 43.3 points over those games.

A big part of Clear Falls' win came down to the chemistry between Kyden Barker and his top target Zach Greer. Barker threw for 343 yards and six TDs while picking up 11.1 yards per attempt while Greer picked up 136 receiving yards and four touchdowns.

Clear Springs didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 45-7 defeat against Dickinson on the 24th. As for Clear Falls, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 56-21 victory against Clear Brook on the 24th.
