Softball Recap: Rogers Takes a Loss

Rogers was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 10-3 to the Jacksboro Tigers.

Rogers saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brookelyn Harper, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs.

Rogers' defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Jacksboro, their record is now 3-4.

Coming up, Rogers will face off against Lorena at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Leopards have averaged an impressive 8.3 runs per game this season. As for Jacksboro, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 10-9 victory against Paradise on the 23rd.
