Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask James River). They were the clear victors by an 18-1 margin over the Patrick Henry Patriots on Thursday. The Knights have beaten the Patriots the last seven times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Patriots has come to flipping the script.

James River's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Patrick Henry, they are on a 15-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-19.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. James River will square off against Glenvar at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Patrick Henry, they will face off against Pulaski County at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Cougars will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Patriots surely won't give up without a fight.
