Rock Port proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by three) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a set and slipped past the Mound City Panthers 3-2. The win was nothing new for the Blue Jays as they're now sitting on ten straight.

Rock Port had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 18-25, 18-25, 25-15, 25-18, 15-7.

Rock Port got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Raylynn Jenkins out in front who had 20 assists and three digs. That's the most assists Jenkins has posted since back in September. The team also got some help courtesy of Presley Carlson, who had 12 digs and four assists.

Rock Port was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 13 consecutive matchups.

Rock Port's record now sits at 28-5-3. As for Mound City, their defeat ended a nine-match streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 20-8-1.

As of now, neither Rock Port nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
