Raines had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Ribault Trojans on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Vikings, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Raines not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Ribault between 15 and 18 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-17, 25-18.

Raines wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Andrew Jackson on the 20th. Ribault has also already played their next match (against Riverside), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
