Baseball Recap: Davidson Takes a Loss

Davidson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 13-1 to the Foley Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 on March 7th.

Davidson saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaden Bush, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Davidson's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Foley, their win bumped their record up to 16-10.

Davidson has already played their next match, a 15-8 victory against Williamson on the 31st. As for Foley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 5-4 win against Daphne on the 3rd.
