Basketball Recap: Cristo Rey Jesuit Takes a Loss

Cristo Rey Jesuit was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 52-39 to the Juarez Eagles. The Cristeros were not able to make up for their defeat to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Cristo Rey Jesuit's loss dropped their record down to 10-17. As for Juarez, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-9.

Looking ahead, Cristo Rey Jesuit will welcome Victoria Soto at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Juarez does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
