Volleyball Recap: Ethel Walker Comes Up Short at Home Against Kingswood Oxford

Ethel Walker unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Kingswood Oxford Wyverns on Friday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-20, 25-9.

The victory keeps Kingswood Oxford at an undefeated 6-0.

Ethel Walker will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Berkshire School at 3:00 p.m. on October 8. As for Kingswood Oxford, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Suffield Academy on the 27th.
